Exercise mo core mo hanap ka sa or nood ka sa youtube ng core exercise para lumakas balakang mo para ready sa matagal na pag indayog hahaha

Start ng jogging for 15mins. Then improve mo jogging hangang maging 1 hr jog a day. Tapos dagdagan mo ng core exercises gaya ng nasabi ng mga nauna comment.ย ย Commonly core exercises, sit ups, leg raise at planks.

Exercise + healthy foods mah mhen. Tapos medjo bawas jaks. Same tayo ng issue na nasasaktan sa reverce cowgirl. Minsan tinitiis pero pag di tlga kaya nagiging honest naman ako at sinasabi ko agad kaya palit position agad kami

Kailangan mo ng endurance exercise. Jogging and swimming every morning para lumuwag lungs and heart mo. Hindi mo kailangan ng pang Olympic na exercise, habit type lang, 30 mins every morning, then soon 1hr every morning, magiging okay na yan. kung ayaw mo naman sa woman on top, okay lang yan, baka si girl gusto yun, so kailangan mo pa rin gawin, then bawi ka na lang after niya ma satisfy :-)

consult a doctor muna, para mas mabigyan ka ng proper diagnosis, at kung ano mas marapat mo gawin. mahirap na sumabak ka sa any strenous activity without knowing the condition of your body.

diabetic ka ba? kasi madaling mapagod ang mga diabetic sa sex. at kung naninigarilyo ka, make sure naย ย hindi ka manigarilyo 8hours or more bago ka makipag sex. malakas kasi maka hingal ang yosi
