When I say moderately, I mean the Doctors' definition of moderate which means ONCE a month for heavy drinks or once a day kung light drinks(5% alcohol below) or else suffer the wrath of a fatty liver. Yung alcohol kasi is being converted into fats via the liver. Kung madalas kang mag exercise, makakayanang i-flush out ng katawan ang fats na yun through a process called Glycogenolysis. Yung fats will be converted as a source of energy only if actively moving ang katawan. These excess fats will just float around your liver kung walang gaanong activity ang body. How will you know kung nakaka burn ka ng fats? Simple. Check for the presence of ketones in your urine. Kaya nga nauso ang keto diet. Ketones are your body's by product of fat metabolism. Minomonitor ito ng mga pasyente naming may fatty liver. But dont overdo it. Excessive ketones in urine(ketonuria) is PATHOLOGIC not PHYSIOLOGIC. It can mean the presence of a kidney disease.
