I Can't Install Telegram. Why?

Marami na ako na kaka usap dito and everytime they asked me about kung may TG account ako. Sabi ko wala pa.
So I tried installing it on my phone at na installed naman but the things is I can't make it work kasi everytime I open it and click start messaging I put my number then it keeps saying "Internal error occurred. Please try again later." And then later I tried it again and the same thing happe...
