I am not perfect and I will always be a work in progress.There is always room for improvement in every facet of my life. Showing up each day is about consistently pushing to get better so I can look back each year on the measurable growth I've made.

I've met some people who told me that I am taking everything so seriously and there are also those who made me feel like I am not working hard enough. Sometimes, the opinions of other people are helpful and other times it's detrimental to my well being. That's why I only listen to the opinions of those who truly matter.

Due to some medical issues, I am struggling to do a lot of things that used to be easy for me and it started ruining my already broken self esteem, but even in my brokenness, I want to say that I am still proud of myself because I can acknowledge my issues and do things to make life easier.

Right now, I've realized that being emotional has it's gifts too. Being aware of every emotions that I have, helped me develop emotional fluecy which allowed me to experience authentic emotions, ranging from constricting to expansive. Allowing myself to feel all emotions and not hide or deny the negative ones, helped me handle everything without the need to drown myself in alcohol or use ill...
