pagpasensyahan na. hahahaha.

i know it has been three years and i told myself na nakamove-on na ko sa past online relationship ko.

yep. online.

i'm such a scaredy cat to even hold hands with a guy, even sa mga friends ko. so i only had online relationships.

pathetic 'no?

he was the guy who i never dreamed to fall in love with.

we met online somewhere in the internet, while letting myself mingle with online strangers to ease up my boredom with life, while i was having a break from college.

he told me how much he liked me, at ako naman 'tong si naive, naniwala.

gaga, no? xD

konting ayaw ayaw ko lang sa way na makipag-chat sa'kin, byebye na.

pero, there's something with him na nag-urge saken na kilalain pa sya, kaya nung tinanong nya ko kung pwede kami magkaroon ng relationship, i said "yes."

i liked him at that time.

i liked the way he encouraged me to keep up with my chem. eng'g program, tapos tsaka ko i-pursue ang psychiatry.

i liked the way we talked through calls and have a "barkada-like" conversations kahit na gustong-gusto nya na maglambing saken, kasi alam nyang di ako sanay sa mga ganun.

i liked one time na muntik na syang makarating sa bahay namin kung nandun lang din ako, nasa probinsya kasi ako that time.

i liked the way he showed me thru photos yung mga pinapr...

On the 7th of December 1941 (December 8 in the Philippines), a surprise military strike  conducted by the Imperial Japanese Navy against the U.S. Naval Base at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. That attack made the U.S. to enter the second world war. The Philippines, as a U.S. ally, automatically got involved and the rest is history.

Japan lost and vowed to outlaw war as a means to settle international disputes as stated in Article 9 in their National Constitution.

Several decades of peace and technology took over, Japan now is the third largest economy in the world. It's also one of our biggest trading partners. In short, Japan recovered from the ashes of war and we Filipinos forgave them a long time ago.

In a twist of fate, Japan is currently our ally and even helping to modernize our armed forces. But I guess it's all about the country's survival since we both share a common threat, and that is China.

Last July, Japan lifted Article 9. Soon, they will become once again a military power. With their advance technology it's not hard to believe that they can build fighters, destroyers, submarines and of course, aircraft carrier. One that can match the U.S. like in the 40s.

But I pray that there'll be no more war or another Pearl Harbor attack but as the saying goes, "history repeats itself". Let's hope that our country will be ready when it happens again.

We will have another partee in Megumi's flat but we didn't invite any of Saeko's girl group as many of them would be going home to their families after the very hectic schedule and also we want the saturday 'special' for Yoko, however we did a lot of shopping and karaoke with them after the last promotional presscon.

As saturday nears, we went out jogging and played double tennis as Li hated the gym and we needed to burn a lot of polys and sweat as much as we bloody can after all the eating and drinking, it is such a wonder for many how she is able to keep a such lovely figure like (ahem) ours, with her being a wee bit of a glutton. It was rather chilly that day though the sun is up and we played wearing shorts and sweatshirts. The place is public but it is so well kept and there are a lot of courts for many games.

After working up a bucket of sweat, we refreshed on a bench beside a basketball court. I recognized the blokes who were playing to be filipinos by the language though many of them speak in a dialect I don't understand, but they do all have that annoying accent as they talk with the other japanese players.

The pinoy blokes went on playing after the japanese have left. One of them tapped the others and pointed at us and I heard the prick say "bay, bay, bay huy ma nga parekoy, ayun o apat na bebot tisay at chinita ang gaganda ang sisiksi!" and they al went wowing and high fiving. I shook my head in contempt as I drink my voss. Li fel...
