It does not matter if i agree or disagree since the church will block the bill for same sex marriage.

Art. 1 of the family code of the phil. provides that  Marriage is a special contract of permanent union between a man and a woman entered into in accordance with law for the establishment of conjugal and family life. It is the foundation of the family and an inviolable social institution whose nature, consequences, and incidents are governed by law and not subject to stipulation, except that marriage settlements may fix the property relations during the marriage within the limits provided by this Code.

based on the definitioin of Marriage from the family code 2 male or 2 female cannot get married since they cannot establish a family life. A part of having a family is starting a family which entails that a child can be possible born from such marriage. it cannot be done if both male or both female will get married in the process.

furthermore,
The law specifically states Man and Woman since the people who made the family code believes that there are no other definition of family but that. I believe in the same idea as the one written in the Family code of the Phil. there are other ways that same sex couples can have a relationship not just through marriage. They can live in as husband and wife all they want but without the binding powers of getting married.

So technically speaking, may karapatan silang (same sex) maikasal.

transgender.. basically means any person that has changed his sexual organs from a male to a female. Transgender meaning transforming the gender.

Gay is defined as a male which can be sexually aroused by another male.
(sorry own definition huwag po akong ipatapon sa box of shame)

miz.ria: alam ko pag gay, hmm yung sexual organ nila ganun pa rin tapos alam nila na babae or lalaki sila pero mas gusto nila sexually same sex din

(01:48:56)

Generally accepted na all over the world ang same sex marriage. How about custody ng anak(adopted) if nag separate? Mapipilitan na baguhjn ang family code even the Constitution if ever na umabot sa fundamental law ang kaso.

As for my opinion, I inclined to say NO but it doesn't mean I will stop them to live together if they want to. Maybe divorce law muna but it's entitled to a different discussion.

Good job!

*(Generally accepted sa democratic countries like US and Europe except Russia. Some if those countries have laws in place and some are accepted in princple only.)

Good job!

To be honest, i'm a liar. ♥♞♬♂⚄☜†∇

I agree FF. Kaso lang nagkakaroon kasi ng conflict pagdating sa basic rights which the Constitution established. We based our laws sa conviction ng lawmakers, our cultures and belief. Sa ngayon ay majority ng mamamayan ay Catholics kaya walang masama if favorable or inclined to favor ang ibang laws sa kanila which we need to respect.

But the right to choose is also fundamentally guaranteed so I think the state should craft a law to give its people an OPTION (divorce for example) like the issue brought by the blogger. But,  I stick to my earlier position that I say NO right now due to reasons I already stated.

Good job!

KAHIT SA CONSTITUSYON ME BATAYAN   SA PAGKILALA NG ESTADO SA PAMILYA BILANG BASIC UNIT NG LIPUNAN PAG SINABING PAMILYA ITO AY COMPOSE NG TATAY(MAN), nANAY(BABAE) AT MGA ANAK... DI NAMAN SINABI NA BETWEEN MAN AND MAN OR WOMAN OR WOMAN...

i agree with the same sex marriage here or somewhere..hindi naman kailangan na babae at lalake ang magkasama. it's a relationship, whether you chose to spend it with the opposite sex or not. sadly , hindi pa sya accepted dito sa atin. what these brave couples did was to get married in a private ceremony so that there is a formality in the said union.

who are we to judge those who chose a different path?

Seduce my mind and you can have my body...find my soul and I am yours forever...
