"I think we're not alone." My son surprisingly told me one night while we were both busy watching History Channel's Ancient Aliens.
"There must be another life form outside our planet." He added, "I just think that there must be something out there. "
Aside from studying astronomy in grade school, that curiosity grew when he saw four separate dancing lights hovering in the night sky just few nights ago. It looked like an unidentified flying object (U.F.O) to him that he hurriedly took a photo and video of it and showed me afterwards.
My son was right about those unidentified lights but I clearly pointed out that those weren't necessarily green creatures that were often depicted in the movies. But the fact that he saw something unusual validated his curiosity of life outside our planet.

"That star became known today as the Star of Bethlehem and that's the reason why we put a star in our Christmas tree." He was surprised to know.
So I ended up telling a good story. Maybe just a little connection from what he saw one night against a starlight that showed up a long long time ago, but seriously.., it's better than talking about aliens.
